Speedy Chinese Fried Rice
|1 tablespoon||cooking oil|
|3 cloves||garlic, finely chopped|
|2 cups / 600g||cold rice|
|100g||frozen mixed vegetables|
|2 teaspoons||MAGGI® CukupRasa™|
- Chop up the garlic, then prepare the rice and frozen mixed vegetables. Set aside.
- Heat up the oil, then stir-fry the garlic and eggs until cooked.
- Add in the rice, mixed vegetables and MAGGI® CukupRasa™. Stir well.
Alternative ingredient suggestions:
Replace egg and frozen vegetables with chicken breast and varieties of other fresh vegetables.
For a more balanced meal, serve with fruit.
