Speedy Salted Egg Spaghetti
There’s no doubt that the soft, creamy texture of salted eggs works perfectly to create a delicious pasta sauce.

|3 cloves||garlic, chopped|
|2 sprigs||curry leaves|
|5||bird’s eye chilli, sliced|
|5||prawns, cleaned and deveined|
|4||salted egg yolk, pre-boiled and mashed|
|300 ml||Nestle Just Milk Full Cream|
|3 tablespoons||Nestle Fat Free Yogurt Natural|
|2 teaspoons||MAGGI® CukupRasa™|
|200 g||spaghetti, boiled and drained|
1. In a pan, stir fry ingredients A until fragrant.
2. Add in ingredients B and let it simmer for 1 minute.
3. Add in spaghetti and stir thoroughly. Serve hot.
