Ingredients

1 kg Chicken feet, steam
   
A:  
1 tablespoon Cooking oil
1 Garlic, finely chopped
5 stalks Coriander leaves
20 Chillies, finely chopped
5 teaspoons MAGGI® CukupRasa™
   
B (Vegetables):  
10 Limes juice
1 Big red chilli, as garnish
3 Scallions, as garnish

 

 

 

Preparation

  1. Steam the chicken feet for 1 hour.
  2. After steaming, set aside. Heat up a separate wok. Sauté the chopped garlic and chilli for 1 minute.
  3. Then add chicken feet, lime juice and coriander leaves.
  4. After that, sprinkle MAGGI® CukupRasa™ and mix until it tastes good.
  5. Lastly add scallions & red chilli as a garnish.
