Spicy Chicken Feet
Delicious chicken feet coated in a spicy, chilli gravy that will surely kick up an appetite!
|1 kg||Chicken feet, steam|
|1 tablespoon||Cooking oil|
|1||Garlic, finely chopped|
|5 stalks||Coriander leaves|
|20||Chillies, finely chopped|
|5 teaspoons||MAGGI® CukupRasa™|
|1||Big red chilli, as garnish|
|3||Scallions, as garnish|
- Steam the chicken feet for 1 hour.
- After steaming, set aside. Heat up a separate wok. Sauté the chopped garlic and chilli for 1 minute.
- Then add chicken feet, lime juice and coriander leaves.
- After that, sprinkle MAGGI® CukupRasa™ and mix until it tastes good.
- Lastly add scallions & red chilli as a garnish.
