Stir Fried Mixed Vegetables

|1 tablespoon||corn oil|
|200 g||cauliflower, cut into florets|
|100 g||baby corn, cut into thick slices|
|100 g||carrots, sliced|
|100 g||long beans, cut into 2 cm length|
|100 g||tempeh, diced|
|1 tablespoon||MAGGI® CukupRasa™|
- Firstly, heat the wok. Then, add in the cooking oil and stir-fry the cauliflower, baby corn, carrots, long beans and tempeh until fragrant.
- Next, pour in the water and add MAGGI® CukupRasa™.
- Continue to cook, stirring occasionally for about 2-3 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
- Finally, turn down the heat and transfer onto serving platter and serve hot.
