Tempeh is a fermented soybean product that has anti-inflammatory and even anti-tumour effects. It also contains 8% of the recommended daily amount of both calcium and iron.


1 tablespoon corn oil
200 g cauliflower, cut into florets
100 g baby corn, cut into thick slices
100 g carrots, sliced
100 g long beans, cut into 2 cm length
100 g tempeh, diced
50 ml water
1 tablespoon MAGGI® CukupRasa™


  1. Firstly, heat the wok. Then, add in the cooking oil and stir-fry the cauliflower, baby corn, carrots, long beans and tempeh until fragrant.
  2. Next, pour in the water and add MAGGI® CukupRasa™.
  3. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally for about 2-3 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Finally, turn down the heat and transfer onto serving platter and serve hot.
