Ingredients

3 nos Firm tofu, cut into 9 & pan fried
4 pieces Tempe, cut into cubes & pan fired
3 pieces Fucuk, soaked & cut
2 pieces Soo hoon, soaked & cut
3 nos Potatoes, cut into 4 and sliced
4 strings Long bean, cut into 1 ½ inch
5 tbsp Corn oil
A: (Blended)  
10 nos Shallots
5 cloves Garlic
¼ cup Dried anchovies, soaked
5 pcs Bird’s eye chillies
2 stalks Lemongrass
½ inch Galangal
B:  
2 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
2 tbsp Coconut milk
2 tbsp Palm sugar
4 tbsp Tamarind water
2 tbsp MAGGI® CukupRasa™

Preparation

1. In a wok, stir fry Ingredients A till fragrant and oil separates.

 

2. Add in Ingredients B, stir well.

 

3. Add in tofu, tempe, fucuk, soo hoon, potatoes, and long bean. Mix evenly.
