Tender Beef & Vegetable in Black Sauce
In this recipe, oyster sauce is used to enhance the natural flavours of the beef and vegetables. Try it for yourself!
|2 cloves||garlic, finely chopped|
|1 tablespoon||corn oil|
|150 g||green peas, washed and cleaned|
|150 g||baby corn|
|1||red chilli, sliced|
|1 tablespoon||sesame oil|
|3 tablespoons||MAGGI® Oyster Sauce|
|2 tablespoons||ginger juice|
|2 teaspoons||corn flour|
|200 g||meat, thinly sliced|
- Firstly, marinate the meat in MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, ginger juice and corn flour for 20 minutes.
- In a pot, heat up the corn oil and sauté the garlic along with the marinated meat for another 20 minutes.
- Then, you add in the green peas, baby corn, red chilli, water and sesame oil and sauté for 10 minutes or until the meat is cooked thoroughly.
- Do serve it while it’s hot. It’s sure to lure your family to the table real quick!
