3 tablespoon cooking oil
1 tablespoon anchovies
250 g rice
1 eggs
3 cloves garlic, pounded
2 red onions, pounded
6 bird’s eye chilli, pounded
2 stalks tepus (a type of wild ginger species), pounded
10 g cangkuk manis (sweet leaf), crushed
2 tablespoon MAGGI® CukupRasa™


1. Sauté anchovies. Set aside. Using the same oil, sauté ingredients A.


2. Add in rice and crack in the egg. Combine well.


3. Stir in ingredients B.


4. Sprinkle in the anchovies and serve fried rice while hot.
