Fuel up with a healthy combination of protein and whole grains with this healthy, easy and delicious breakfast.
|4 slices||wholemeal bread|
|4 slices||beef bacon, diced|
|1||green pepper, diced|
|1 tablespoon||MAGGI® Chilli Sauce|
|1 teaspoon||MAGGI® CukupRasa™|
|additional chilli sauce for sandwich|
- Fry half the amount of onions, green peppers and beef bacon until a little crispy.
- Add MAGGI® CukupRasa™ and chilli sauce to the eggs and beat well. Pour half of it in the pan and allow it to crisp.
- Place one slice of bread on top of the egg mixture and let it stick.
- Flip over, add some chilli sauce and one slice of cheese and cover it with another slice of bread. Flip it over to toast the other side.
- Repeat steps to prepare another sandwich.
