Wholesome Stir-fried Fish Fillet With Spring Onion
Want a wholesome meal on the table in under 30 minutes? Try this no-fuss way of preparing a fish dish that goes perfectly well with rice or noodles.
|400 g||fish fillet, sliced into cubes|
|1 cup||corn flour|
|1 teaspoon||MAGGI® CukupRasa™|
|¼ cup||corn oil|
|1 inch||ginger, sliced|
|2 cloves||garlic, chopped|
|3 leaves||spring onion, sliced|
|1 ½ tablespoon||MAGGI® Oyster Sauce|
|1 teaspoon||light soy sauce|
|2 teaspoon||corn starch|
1. Coat fish fillet with MAGGI® CukupRasa™. Then, heat pan with ¼ cup corn oil.
2. Next, coat fish with corn flour and pan fry until golden brown. Repeat until fish is finished.
3. Leave aside 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan. In the same pan, stir-fry ingredient B until fragrant.
4. Add in corn flour to thicken the sauce. Stir in the fish and serve immediately.
TIPS: For a more balanced meal, add in more vegetables!
HACK: Fry ginger and garlic and keep the oil aside. This helps save time.
