Ingredients

2 tablespoon corn oil
A:  
3 cloves garlic, pounded
2 teaspoon salted fish, dried and thinly sliced
4 red/green bird’s eye chilli, pounded
100 g chicken breast, cut into 1x1 inch cubes
B:  
300 g rice
100 g kailan, sliced
1 tablespoon MAGGI® CukupRasa™
Garnishing:  
  cucumber
  red chilli

Preparation

  1. Pound garlic and bird’s eye chilli together.
  2. Heat oil and stir-fry ingredients A.
  3. Add chicken and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add salted fish, followed by rice and kalian. Stir thoroughly.
  5. Sprinkle MAGGI® CukupRasa™ and stir for 1 minute. Serve and enjoy!
