|500 gram||Mackarel Tuna(Ikan Tongkol), clean and sliced|
|½ tsp||MAGGI CukupRasa|
|½ tsp||turmeric powder|
|¼ cup||corn oil|
|3 nos||red chili|
|2 nos||green chili|
|5 nos||bird eye chili|
|2 stalks||lemongrass, crushed|
|3 tbsp||MAGGI Tomato Sauce|
|1 tbsp||MAGGI CukupRasa|
1. Heat oil, fry mackerel fish until golden brown.
2. Using the same oil, add in ingredients A, stir fry until fragrant.
3. Add in water and MAGGI Tomato sauce. Stir until slightly thick.
4. Add in MAGGI CukupRasa, and fried fish. Mix well.
