Ingredients

A:  
2 tablespoons corn oil
2 shallots, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
100 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
100 g squid, cleaned and sliced into rings
100 g chicken breast, sliced
B:  
100 g carrots, cut 2 inches long
100 g mustard leaves (sawi), sliced
400 g bee hoon, soaked until soft and drained
2 teaspoons MAGGI® CukupRasa™
1 tablespoon white vinegar
Sambal:  
5 bird’s eye chilli
5 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
1/3 teaspoon MAGGI® CukupRasa™
5 tablespoon hot water
Garnish:  
  spring onion
  red chilli, sliced
  calamansi lime (limau kasturi), cut into half

Preparation

1. Heat wok. Stir fry ingredients A for 2 minutes.

 

2. Combine ingredients B and add in to the wok, along with the noodles and vegetables.

 

3. Cook for 3 minutes until the ingredients are well combined.

 

4. Add garnishing and serve hot.
