A fiesta of crispy textures and tasty prawns that brings joy
NESTUM® Cereals are filled with nutritious whole wheat, corn and rice.
|1 cup||NESTUM® Cereal (Original flavour)|
|2 teaspoons||MAGGI® CukupRasa™|
|500 g||medium prawns, trimmed and deveined, washed and pat dry, (marinate with 2 teaspoons MAGGI® CukupRasa™ for 1 - 2 hours)|
|3 cloves||garlic, chopped|
|2 tablespoons||cooking oil|
|3 tablespoons||unsalted butter|
|3 - 4 pieces||bird’s eye chillies, chopped|
|7-8 sprigs||curry leaves, washed, stalks discarded|
|1 teaspoon (or to taste)||MAGGI® CukupRasa™|
In a wok, heat cooking with 1 tablespoon of butter. Next, fry prawns until cooked.
Then, dish out and drain oil with paper towel and leave aside.
Next, heat remaining butter in the same wok until bubbling, add curry leaves, bird’s eye chilies and fry over medium heat until fragrant.
Reduce heat to low and carefully add in cereal mix. Fry until cereals turn lightly brown and curry leaves crisp up.
Toss in prawns and stir fry to mix thoroughly until the cereals turn golden brown.
Finally, season to taste with MAGGI® CukupRasa™ if necessary. Turn off heat and serve immediately.
