Large onions

6 cloves Garlic
3 cm Ginger
2 cm Galangal
¼ cup Chili paste
3 stick Lemongrass
1/4 cup Water
4 tablespoons Cooking oil
   
B:  
   
8 Shallots, sliced
3 cloves Garlic, sliced
3 sticks Lemongrass, sliced
4 kaffir Lime leaves, torn into pieces
2 Turmeric leaves, sliced
250 g Chicken breast, cubed
250 g Chicken thighs, cut into small slices
1 tbsp MAGGI® Cukup Rasa™
40g Palm sugar
   
C:  
   
200 ml Water
200 ml Coconut milk
50g of Grated coconut (kerisik)

 

Preparation

  1. Blend A ingredients until smooth, then sauté wthout oil, until dry.
  2. Add oil, continue to sauté the mixture until oil splits.
  3. Add B ingredients, mix well. Cook until the chicken is slightly tender.
  4. Add in C ingredients, simmer until the chicken gravy is thickened. Ready to serve.
