Ingredients

1 tablespoon cooking oil
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 Eggs
2 cups / 600g cold rice
100g frozen mixed vegetables
2 teaspoons MAGGI® CukupRasa

 

Preparation

  1. Chop up the garlic, then prepare the rice and frozen mixed vegetables. Set aside.
  2. Heat up the oil, then stir-fry the garlic and eggs until cooked.
  3. Add in the rice, mixed vegetables and MAGGI® CukupRasa. Stir well.

Alternative ingredient suggestions:
Replace egg and frozen vegetables with chicken breast and varieties of other fresh vegetables.
