1.2 litres Water
1 nos Red onion, pounded
2 cloves Garlic, pounded
2 stalks Bird’s eye chillies, pounded
2 pieces Mackerel scad
4 sachets MAGGI® 2-minute Noodles Asam Laksa seasoning
½ sliced Ginger flower
35g Coriander leaves
4 packets MAGGI® 2-minute Noodles Asam Laksa
Calamansi lime, halved
Red onion, sliced
Cucumber, thinly sliced
Ginger flower, sliced
Laksa leaf, sliced
Boiled egg, halved


  1. Clean the fish and debone. Set the bones aside.
  2. Boil water in a pot, add onion, garlic, bird’s eye chillies and Mackerel scad (along with the bones)
  3. Add MAGGI® 2-minute Noodles Asam Laksa seasoning, ginger flower and coriander leaves. Leave to boil for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the fish bones, then cook MAGGI® 2-minute Noodles Asam Laksa for 2 minutes or until ready.
  5. Serve MAGGI® Mee, garnished with calamansi lime, ginger flower, coriander leaves and boiled egg.
