A spicy stir fried dish of water spinach flavored with chillies and shrimp paste.

|300 g||water spinach, cut into 3-inch lengths|
|3 tablespoons||cooking oil|
|3||red onions, sliced|
|3 cloves||garlic, sliced|
|2||red chillies, thinly sliced|
|1 tablespoon||MAGGI® CukupRasa™|
|1 teaspoon||shrimp paste|
|2 tablespoon s||water|
In a frying pan, heat the cooking oil. Add in the red onions, garlic and red chillies and sauté until they harmonize into a lovely aroma.
Next, toss in your water spinach and sauté for a bit longer.
Finally, add in the MAGGI® CukupRasa™, shrimp paste and water. Fry on high heat for 2 to 3 minutes until the water spinach wilts.
Serve over steamed rice.
