4 cloves garlic, pounded
2 red onion, pounded
4 bird’s eye chilli, pounded
200 g (4 pieces) ikan kembung (flesh only), boiled without the bones
B:
500 g rice
100 g cabbage, sliced
50 g carrot, sliced
1 tablespoon MAGGI® CukupRasa™

Preparation

1. Sauté ingredients A until fragrant.

2. Add in the fish and ingredients B. Combine well.

3. Serve while hot.
