Ingredients

A:
2 tablespoon cooking oil
2 bulb garlic, chopped
2 tablespoon chilli paste
100 g chicken breast, diced
100 g carrot, grated into short threads
100 g mustard leaves (sawi), washed and sliced
B:
1 tablespoon MAGGI® Chilli Sauce
2 tablespoon MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup
2 teaspoon MAGGI® CukupRasa
½ teaspoon dark soy sauce
400 g yellow noodles, washed and drained (wash thoroughly until alkaline taste is rid of)
Garnishing:
Red chilli, sliced
Calamansi lime, halved

Preparation

1. Heat the wok. Add garlic, chilli paste and chicken.

2. Sauté until fragrant and the oil separates.

3. Add the noodles and carrots.

4. Sprinkle MAGGI® CukupRasa and add in MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup and MAGGI® Chilli Sauce.

5. Pour in the dark soy sauce and stir thoroughly to combine ingredients.

6. Add in mustard leaves and give it a good stir.
