Ingredients

300 g kangkung, sliced
1 tablespoon cooking oil
A:
3 red onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, sliced
2 red chilli, thinly sliced
B:
1 tablespoon MAGGI® CukupRasa™
1 teaspoon belacan powder
2 tablespoon water

Preparation

1. In a wok, heat oil and sauté ingredients A until fragrant.

2. Add in kangkung and stir-fry for a while.

3. Add ingredients B and stir-fry until kangkung is cooked.
