3 nos Onions
5 stalks Bird’s eye chillies
½ stalk Red chillies
½ stalk Green chillies
2 tsp Belacan (shrimp paste)
2 tbsp Anchovies, soaked

300 g Kangkung, washed and cut into small pieces kecil
1 tsp MAGGI® CukupRasa™
½ stalk Red chillies, sliced
½ stalk Green chillies, sliced


1. Pound ingredients A till finely crushed, and set aside.

2. Heat oil, stir fry ingredients A till fragrant.

3. Add ingredients B, stir till evenly mixed and cooked.

Pairing: Fried kangkung belacan with rice and tomyam soup.
