Ingredients

½ cupcorn oil
500 gchicken flesh, cut into small pieces
2 teaspoonturmeric powder
1 teaspoonMAGGI® CukupRasa™
A:
1onions, blended
2 tablespoonginger, blended
4 clovesgarlic blended
2 stalkslemongrass, blended
50 mlwater
½ cupchilli paste
B:
1 tablespoonMAGGI® CukupRasa™
2 tablespoonMAGGI Chilli Sauce
3 tablespoonMAGGI Tomato Ketchup
100 mlwater
C:
4red chilli, halved and cut into 4
100 gspring onion, cut into 5 cm pieces
2onion, cut into wedges
1tomato, cut into wedges

Preparation

1. Marinate chicken in MAGGI® CukupRasa™. Heat oil and fry chicken. Set aside.

2. In the same oil, saute ingredients A until fragrant and oil separates.

3. Add ingredients B and chicken, combine ingredients well and allow chicken to cook thoroughly.

4. Add ingredients C, stir and let it simmer until gravy thickens.
