A:
3 cloves garlic, pounded
1 red onion, sliced
4 bird’s eye chilli, pounded
1 piece (small) salted fish (Tenggiri), diced
250 g kalian, cleaned and cut into bite size pieces
1 teaspoon MAGGI® CukupRasa™

Preparation

1. Heat wok, add oil and sauté ingredients A.

2. Stir-fry until ingredients cooked thoroughly. Serve while hot.
