A:
1 tablespoon cooking oil
½ red onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, sliced
B:
100 g cockle (kerang)
1 tablespoon dried shrimp
300 g pucuk ubi, cut into small pieces
1 tablespoon MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
1 teaspoon MAGGI® CukupRasa™.

Preparation

1. In a wok, heat oil and sauté ingredients A until fragrant.

2. Add ingredients B and stir-fry until vegetable softens.

3. Sprinkle MAGGI® CukupRasa™ and stir well.
