500 g Chicken breast & thigh meat, cut into small pieces & skinned
3 tbsp MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
2 tsp Turmeric powder
¼ cup Corn oil
5 stalks Lemongrass, crushed
1 nos Red onion, chopped
3 stalks Curry leaves
A: (Blended)
3 nos Red onions
2 inch Ginger
6 cloves Garlic
100 g Dried chillies, soaked
100 ml Water
2 tsp Palm sugar
2 ½ tbsp Sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp MAGGI® Oyster Sauce


1. In a bowl, mix chicken, turmeric powder, and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce.

2. Marinate for 15 – 20 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare next ingredients.

3. Stir fry Ingredients A till oil separates, add chicken marinade and stir fry till chicken is partially cooked.

4. Add in remaining ingredients, stir over medium heat till oil separates.

5. Serve hot.

Note: Strain excess oil for plating purposes.
