Ingredients

1 packet MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Kari
1 tablespoon cooking oil
10 g shallots, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
10 g tomato paste
20 g bird’s eye chillies, smashed
30 g cabbage
5 g red chillies
30 g mustard leaves
30 g fish cake
3 fish balls
2 tablespoons MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup
1 tablespoon MAGGI® Chilli Sauce
1 egg, beaten
5 g MAGGI® CukupRasa™

Preparation

1. In a pot, pour in the cooking oil.

2. When the oil is nice and hot, add in the shallots, garlic and tomato paste and sauté until fragrant.

3. Then, add in 360 ml of water, the bird’s eye chillies, cabbage, red chillies, mustard leaves, fish cake and fish balls.

4. Add in a packet of the MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Kari. Bring it to a boil.

5. After a minute, add in the MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup, MAGGI® Chilli Sauce, egg and MAGGI® CukupRasa™.

6. Allow it to cook for 1 minute.

7. When the noodles are cooked, pour it into a bowl and enjoy it to the very last slurp!
