Ingredients

A:
1 tbsp Corn oil
1 stick Cinnamon stick
2 pcs Star anise
2 pcs Cloves
2 pods Cardamom
1 no Red onion, chopped
2 heads Garlic, chopped
1 inch Ginger, chopped
500 g Chicken, diced
1 litre Water
B:
50 g Celery stalks, chopped
50 g Carrots, chopped
1 nos Potato, diced
2 nos Tomatoes, diced
1 nos Red onion, diced
2 cubes MAGGI® CHICKEN STOCK CUBE
20 g Parsley

Preparation

1. Heat up pot, add in Ingredients A. Stir fry till mushy.

2. Add chicken, water, and bring to a boil.

3. Add Ingredients B. Let simmer for 10 minutes.

Kitchen Tip: Add rice, lessen the water to this recipe and there’s one-pot wholesome balanced chicken porridge.
