Ingredients

10 pc Indian Mackerel (medium-sized), cleaned
A:
2 ½ cup Rice flour
½ cup Wheat flour
1 pc Eggs
½ tsp Limestone paste
1 tsp Turmeric powder
2 cup Water
1 tbsp MAGGI® CukupRasa™
Oil for frying

Preparation

1. Mix ingredients A, mix evenly.

2. Meanwhile, heat oil.

3. Coat fish with flour batter.

4. Once oil is hot, fry till fish is cooked through inside and the batter golden-yellow.

Kitchen Tips : Switch fish with vegetables or other ingredients to create a crispy batter.
