Ingredients

500 g Chicken thigh meat, chopped
2 tbsp MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Turmeric powder
100 ml Oil
A:
1 pc Red onion, sliced
2 cloves Garlic, sliced
2 stalks Bird’s eye chillies, halved
2 stems Kaffir lime leaves
2 stalks Lemongrass, pounded
1 tsp MAGGI® CukupRasa™
B:
50 g Long beans, cut into 1 ½ inch pieces
50 g Carrots, cut into 1 ½ inch pieces
50 g Cauliflower, chopped
1 pc Tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 tsp Fish sauce

Preparation

1. In a bowl, mix chicken, turmeric powder, and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce. (Marinate for 30 mins)

2. Marinate for 15 – 20 minutes. Prepare the next ingredients in the meantime.

3. Heat oil, fry marinated chicken till half cooked.

4. Add ingredients A, stir fry till caramelised.

5. Add ingredients B, stir evenly till fully cooked.

6. Serve hot.
