1 no onion, sliced
g 50 prawn, deveined & cleaned
50 g squid, cleaned & cut round
3 nos bird’s eye chili, crushed
pck 1 MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Asam Laksa seasoning
1 tbsp water

B
1 pck MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Asam Laksa , blanched without tastemaker
½ nos ginger torch, sliced
20 g laksa leaf, sliced
30 g carrot, shredded
50 g Chinese cabbage, sliced

Garnishing
Lime
Ginger torch
Daun laksa
Telur rebus

Preparation

1. In a wok, stir fry ingredients A until well combined and fragrant.

2. Add in ingredients B, stir for 1 minute.

3. Stir in MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Assam Laksa for 1 minute or until well combined.
