1 tsp white onion, sliced

1 tbps corn oil
2 tbps red onion, sliced
1 tps white onion, sliced
1 tbps crushed chili
1 tps dried prawn, soaked & crushed
½ nos tomato, sliced
50 g prawn, cleaned & deveined

300 ml water
2 tbps MAGGI® Tomato Sauce
1 pack MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Kari seasoning
1 tbps corn flour

Prawn, boiled
Bird’s eye chili, sliced
Fried onion


1. Stir fry ingredients A until fragrant for 1 minute.

2. Stir fry ingredients B until fragrant. Add in ingredients C.

3. When the sauce is boiling, pour the egg slowly into the sauce.

4. Leave and extinguish the fire, mix slowly before serving.

5. Pour sauce onto fried MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Kari Serve.
