A
1 tbsp corn oil
2 nos red onion, crushed
2 nos white onion, crushed
4 nos bird’s eye chili, crushed
50 g prawn, deveined & washed

B
60 ml water
1 pack MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Kari seasoning
100 g cabbage, sliced
50 g carrot, sliced
1 packet MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Kari , blanched without tastemaker (cooked for 1 minute 20 seconds)

Garnishing
tbps spring onion, sliced
tbps fried onion
1 nos egg, fried and sliced thinly

Preparation

1. Stir fry ingredients A, until fragrant.

2. Add in ingredients B, mix in well.

3. Stir in MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Kari. Mix until well combined.
