Ingredients

2 tbsp corn oil

A
50 g onion, sliced
50 g garlic, chopped
100 g prawn, peeled & deveined
1 no egg, beaten

B
1 pack MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Kari, blanched without tastemaker
1 pack MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Kari seasoning
1 tsp sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp water

C
30 g mustard leaf/sawi, sliced into small pieces
30 g round cabbage, sliced
30 g grated carrot
30 g firm tofu, cut into small cubes

Garnishing
2 nos calamansi, halved
3 tbps spring onion, sliced
20 g red chili, seeded and sliced

Preparation

1. Heat oil, add in ingredients A. Stir fry until fragrant.

2. Add in prawns, stir until cooked.

3. Add in ingredients B, stir until well combined.

4. Add in ingredients C, stir until cooked.

5. Serve hot and with garnishing.
