Ingredients

1 nos Silk tofu
1 tbps Dried Shrimps
1 tbps Fried Shallots
1 tbsp MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
½ tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Shallot Oil
1 sprig Spring Onion (sliced thin)
1 nos Red Chili (fine diced)
a pinch White pepper

Preparation

1. Steam the tofu for 8-10mins.

2. Fry up the dried shrimps till crispy and set aside.

3. Combine the shallot oil, shrimp oil, soy sauce and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce together with the red chili.

4. Drain access water from the tofu, pour the sauce over and garnish with the spring onion.

5. Serve.
