|100 g||chicken breast|
|1 tablespoon||kurma masala powder|
|1 pack||MAGGI® 2-Minutes Noodles Ayam|
|1 pack||MAGGI® 2-Minutes Ayam Tastemaker|
|50 g||cabbage, sliced|
|50 g||carrots, shredded|
|50 g||bean sprouts, blanched|
|1||boiled egg, halved|
|1 tablespoon||fried shallots|
|1 tablespoon||Chinese herbs|
Chicken meat contains selenium, a nutrient that’s vital to immune system function.
1.Place a pot over the stove and add in 400 ml water.
2.Next, add in chicken breast, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom. Sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of kurma masala powder and give it a slight stir.
3.Bring it to a boil over medium-high heat. Then, reduce the heat to medium-low and let it simmer for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
4.Allow the chicken to cool down and shred the meat. Set it aside in a bowl.
5.In the same pot of broth, add in MAGGI® 2-Minutes Noodles Ayam, MAGGI® 2-Minutes Ayam Tastemaker, cabbage and carrots.
6.Let the ingredients to cook for 2 minutes.
7.Once cooked, transfer the noodles into a bowl, top it with blanched bean sprouts, hard-boiled eggs, fried shallots and the shredded pieces of chicken.
8.Get a taste of this hearty noodles while it’s hot!
