400 mlwater
100 gchicken breast
1 stickcinnamon
1 tablespoonkurma masala powder
1 packMAGGI® 2-Minutes Noodles Ayam
1 packMAGGI® 2-Minutes Ayam Tastemaker
50 gcabbage, sliced
50 gcarrots, shredded
For garnishing:
50 gbean sprouts, blanched
1boiled egg, halved
1 tablespoonfried shallots
1 tablespoonChinese herbs


1.Place a pot over the stove and add in 400 ml water.

2.Next, add in chicken breast, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom. Sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of kurma masala powder and give it a slight stir.

3.Bring it to a boil over medium-high heat. Then, reduce the heat to medium-low and let it simmer for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.

4.Allow the chicken to cool down and shred the meat. Set it aside in a bowl.

5.In the same pot of broth, add in MAGGI® 2-Minutes Noodles Ayam, MAGGI® 2-Minutes Ayam Tastemaker, cabbage and carrots.

6.Let the ingredients to cook for 2 minutes.

7.Once cooked, transfer the noodles into a bowl, top it with blanched bean sprouts, hard-boiled eggs, fried shallots and the shredded pieces of chicken.

8.Get a taste of this hearty noodles while it’s hot!
