For those time when you’ve had too much chicken, prawns and squid in your noodles, alternate all that with the freshest crab. You’d be surprised by how good this noodle taste!


720 ml water
2 packs MAGGI® 2-Minutes Kari Tastemaker
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 crab, chopped into quarters
100 g mustard leaves, thinly sliced
100 g cabbage, thinly sliced
100 g carrot, sliced
20 g red chillies, thinly sliced
2 packs MAGGI® 2-Minutes Noodles Kari


1.In a wok or pot, add in 720 ml water. Bring it to a boil.

2.Next, add in MAGGI® 2-Minutes Kari Tastemaker, onion and garlic.

3.Now, it’s time for you to add in the crab, mustard leaves, cabbage, carrot and red chillies.

4.Let the mixture boil away until the crab changes colour, generally from a blueish to a reddish orange

5.Once the crab is cooked, add in MAGGI® 2-Minutes Noodles Kari. Let it cook for 2 minutes.

6.Enjoy this mouth-watering noodles while it’s hot!
