A delicious bowl of curry noodles which combines flavourful homemade chicken meatballs
Chicken is a good source of protein that helps build bones, muscles and tissues.
100 g | minced chicken/chicken meat to be minced |
30 g | carrots, finely chopped |
30 g | mushrooms, chopped |
1 tablespoon | spring onion, chopped |
30 g | cabbage |
1 tablespoon | corn flour, dissolved in water |
720 ml | water |
150 g | mustard leaves |
2 packs | MAGGI® 2-Minutes Noodles Kari |
2 packs | MAGGI® 2-Minutes Kari Tastemaker |
1.Firstly, if you’re not using minced meat, whizz the chicken meat in a food processor until it’s finely minced.
2.Next, in a large bowl, use your hands to combine the chicken, carrots, mushrooms, spring onion and cabbage. Next, add in the corn flour that has been dissolved in water and continue to mix the ingredients until well combined
3.Then, divide the mixture roughly into small portions and shape the mixture into meatballs. Set aside.
4.In a pot, add in 720 ml water and bring it to a boil.
5.Next, add in MAGGI® 2-Minutes Kari Tastemaker.
6.Proceed to add in the meatballs that were set aside earlier, one by one to avoid them from sticking to one another.
7.Let it boil gently for about 10 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
8.When meatballs are cooked through, add in MAGGI® 2-Minutes Noodles Kari and let it cook for 2 minutes.
9.Turn off heat and ladle the noodles, soup and delicious meatballs into bowls. Serve immediately.
