2 tablespoonscorn oil
3 clovesgarlic, pounded
1onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoondried anchovies, soaked and softened
4green bird's eye chillies, pounded
100 gchicken breast, deboned and skinned, thinly sliced
1½ teaspoonMAGGI® CukupRasa™
1egg, beaten
600 gcooked rice (preferably day-old rice)
100 gwater spinach, thinly sliced
fried anchovies for garnishing


1. In a wok, heat up the oil and add the garlic and onion. Sauté until fragrant for 2 minutes.

2. Next, add in the dried anchovies, bird's eye chillies, chicken and MAGGI® CukupRasa™.

3. Then, crack the egg into the wok and cook it all together for 4 minutes.

4. Next, add the rice and water spinach, stir-fry everything together for 4 minutes until well combined and cooked.

5. Serve the dish while it’s still hot with fried eggs, fried salted fish, fried fish crackers, or cucumber slices on the side.
