Enhance the flavour of your dish using natural herbs and condiments such as garlic, cumin, chilli pepper and lemon to cut down the sodium content.


200 gchicken breasts
100 ggreen, red and yellow peppers
100 gavocado
2 tablespoonlight sour cream
¼ cupreduced fat Cheddar cheese
4multigrain tortilla wraps
Marinade for chicken:
2 tablespoonlemon juice
1 teaspooncumin
1 teaspoonMAGGI® CukupRasa™
½ teaspoonpaprika
1 teaspooncrushed chilli pepper


1. Mix marinade with chicken.

2. Grill onions and peppers until soft and a little charred.

3. Grill chicken for 5-10 minutes until cooked through.

4. Mash avocado and add a squeeze of lime to prevent it from turning brown.

5. Heat tortilla wraps in a pan and then, spread sour cream and place chicken, mashed avocado and cheese over it.

6. Roll up and repeat the process for the remaining tortillas.
