Choose whole-wheat pasta instead of white because whole-wheat pasta contains three parts of the grain – the bran (rich in fibre), the germ (contains good fat), and the endosperm (source of carbohydrate).

Ingredients

100 gspaghetti
1 tablespoonolive oil
2chicken sausage
2 clovesgarlic, sliced
1 stalkcurry leaves
1/4 cupgrated parmesan cheese
2 teaspooncurry powder
1 teaspoonMAGGI® CukupRasa™
2 tablespooncream
2 tablespoonskim milk
1egg yolk
1 cupbroccoli, cooked

Preparation

1. Cook spaghetti as per packet instructions.

2. Fry curry leaves in olive oil and then, add sliced sausages and garlic.

3. Next, add in curry powder, MAGGI® CukupRasa™ and the cream.

4. Tip in cooked pasta and mix well.

5. In a small bowl, add cheese to the egg yolk. Drain the pasta and add the hot pasta in the egg yolk mixture and stir well to mix.

6. Top it with broccoli and serve hot.
