In this recipe, oyster sauce is used to enhance the natural flavours of the beef and vegetables. Try it for yourself!
2 cloves | garlic, finely chopped |
1 tablespoon | corn oil |
150 g | green peas, washed and cleaned |
150 g | baby corn |
1 | red chilli, sliced |
¼ cup | water |
1 tablespoon | sesame oil |
3 tablespoons | MAGGI® Oyster Sauce |
2 tablespoons | ginger juice |
2 teaspoons | corn flour |
200 g | meat, thinly sliced |
1. Firstly, marinate the meat in MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, ginger juice and corn flour for 20 minutes.
2. In a pot, heat up the corn oil and sauté the garlic along with the marinated meat for another 20 minutes.
3. Then, you add in the green peas, baby corn, red chilli, water and sesame oil and sauté for 10 minutes or until the meat is cooked thoroughly.
4. Do serve it while it’s hot. It’s sure to lure your family to the table real quick!
