Ingredients

4 Packets MAGGI2Minit Kari boiled & tossed without seasoning
A
corn oil 1 1/2 tablespoons
shallot, pounded 1 clove
garlic, pounded 2 cloves
bird’s eye chillies, pounded 2
shrimps, halved 150 grams
B
water 60ml
MAGGI Kari Seasoning 3 Packets
mustard leaves, chopped 200 grams
Garnish :
spring onions, finely chopped 1 Tablespoon
fried shallots 1 Tablespoon
egg, cooked to your preference 1

Preparation

1. Sear ingredient A for 1 minute until fragrant.

2. Add ingredient B and mix evenly.

3. Add MAGGI Noodles and mix evenly.

4. Serve with a sunny side-up egg or a shredded omelette.
