One of the most-loved of all the stews in Korean cuisine.

Ingredients

500 gkimchi
1 packstraw mushrooms
100 goyster mushroom
100 gbeef/seafood or chicken (optional)
1onion
2 tablespoonchilli paste
1 tablespoonchilli flakes
1 pieceseaweed, cut into strips
1 tablespoonMAGGI® CukupRasa™
700 mlwater

Preparation

1. In a soup pot, add kimchi at the bottom and spread it around evenly.

2. Add straw mushrooms, oyster mushrooms and meat, if you have any.

3. Next, add in onion, leek or spring onion, chilli paste, chilli flakes, seaweed and MAGGI® CukupRasa™. Add water.

4. Allow the stew to simmer until it thickens.

5. Serve hot with a bowl of rice on the side.
