Possibly the most popular Korean dish, it is surprisingly easy to make and wonderfully easy to please the whole family.
450 g | chicken breast, cut into cubes |

2 tbsp | chili powder |
1 tbsp | chili flakes |
1 tbsp | tauchu, pounded |
1 inch | ginger, grated |
1 cloves | garlic, grated |
2 tbsp | vinegar |
2 tbsp | honey |
3 tbsp | MAGGI Oyster Sauce |
1 tbsp | sesame seed |
2 tbsp | sesame oil |
100 ml | water |
1. In a bowl, mix chili paste sauce until well combined.
2. Marinate chicken with chili paste for 30 minutes to 1 hour or overnight.
3. Heat pan, sear chicken 5 minutes at each side. Add in the remaining sauce and water.
4. Cook until water reduce and gravy become sticky. Serve with your favorite salad.
