450 gchicken breast, cut into cubes
A (Chili Paste)
2 tbspchili powder
1 tbspchili flakes
1 tbsptauchu, pounded
1 inchginger, grated
1 clovesgarlic, grated
2 tbspvinegar
2 tbsphoney
3 tbspMAGGI Oyster Sauce
1 tbspsesame seed
2 tbspsesame oil
100 mlwater


1. In a bowl, mix chili paste sauce until well combined.

2. Marinate chicken with chili paste for 30 minutes to 1 hour or overnight.

3. Heat pan, sear chicken 5 minutes at each side. Add in the remaining sauce and water.

4. Cook until water reduce and gravy become sticky. Serve with your favorite salad.
