|250 g||beef, boiled and sliced|
|135 g||NESTLÉ Green Yogurt Natural|
|½ teaspoon||MAGGI® CukupRasa™|
|2 tablespoons||roasted coconut paste (kerisik)|
|2 ½ tablespoons||lime juice|
|½ teaspoon||black pepper powder|
|1 teaspoon||shrimp paste|
|1 packet||MAGGI® Mi Goreng Kari Ori, boiled and tossed (mixed with flavouring)|
|50 g||cucumber, deseed and sliced|
|1 stalk||lemongrass, sliced|
|4||bird's eye chillies, sliced|
1. In a medium bowl, add in your beef, NESTLE Greek Yogurt Natural, MAGGI® CukupRasa™, water, roasted coconut paste, lime juice, black pepper powder and shrimp paste. Mix everything well.
2. Then, combine the MAGGI® Mi Goreng Kari Ori, cucumber, lemongrass, shallots and bird’s eye chillies with the meat.
3. Serve this simple, uncomplicated and delicious Kerabu cold.
