Good to Know

To save time, you can marinate the seafood the night before. Also, the bean sprout can be added to the noodles last in order to retain its crunchiness.

Ingredients

350 glongevity noodle, blanched
100 gprawn, deveined and cleaned
200 gsquid, cut into rings
100 gfish fillet, sliced
3 tablespooncooking oil
5 clovesgarlic, chopped
5black mushrooms, soaked and shredded
1carrot, peeled and shredded
500 gbean sprouts, soak in cold water
Marinade:
1 tablespoonMAGGI® Imperial Oyster Sauce
2 teaspoonMAGGI® Homemade Chicken Stock
½ teaspoonpepper
2 teaspoonsugar
2 teaspoonsesame oil
Seasoning:
3 tablespoonMAGGI® Oyster Sauce
1 tablespoonblack soy sauce
1 tablespoonsesame oil
2 teaspoonMAGGI® Homemade Chicken Stock
1½ tablespoonsugar
1 teaspoonpepper
400 gwater
Garnishing:
chopped spring onion
red chilli, sliced
fried shallot

Preparation

1. Clean the seafood. Thoroughly coat it in the marinade and let it marinate for 30 minutes or 2 hours.

2. Heat oil, stir-fry garlic, mushroom and carrot until fragrant. Add in seafood and continue to stir-fry until well cooked.

3. Add in noodles and bean sprout. Stir in all the seasoning and continue to stir-fry the noodles until all the liquid has been absorbed.

4. Once done, garnish with spring onion, red chilli and fried shallots and serve.
