Ingredients

A:
1 tsp Cooking oil for frying
1 tsp MAGGI® CukupRasa™
100 g Corn flour
1 tsp Lime juice
500 g Sea bass, cleaned
B:
2 tbsp Oil
3 cloves Garlic, chopped
50 g Red onion, diced
2 tsp Bird's eye chillies, sliced
50 g Green apple, diced
50 g Green mango (unripe), diced
50 g Pineapple, diced
50 g Cucumber, diced
50 g Tomatoes, diced
2 in Ginger, sliced
1 cup MAGGI® Chilli Sauce
3 tbsp MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup
½ tbsp Dark soy sauce
50 ml Water
1 tbsp MAGGI® CukupRasa™
1 tsp Sugar
20 g Coriander, sliced
½ cup Lime juice

Preparation

1. Heat oil.

2. Baste sea bass with corn flour, MAGGI® CukupRasa™, and lime juice.

3. Fry till golden-brown.

4. In a separate kuali, add oil, garlic, onions, and bird’s eye chillies. Stir fry till fragrant.

5. Add green apples, green mangoes, pineapple, cucumber, tomatoes, ginger, MAGGI® Chilli Sauce, MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup, MAGGI® CukupRasa™, sugar, and coriander. Stir till all ingredients combine and thicken into a sauce.

6. Turn off heat and pour lime juice. Stir.

7. Then pour the sauce over freshly fried fish.

8. Enjoy the crispy deliciousness of the fish with steam rice!

Kitchen Tips : Ingredients B can be combined to make salsa sauce. Add more lime and sauce.
