300 g wild fern, cut into small pieces
1 tablespoon cooking oil
½ red onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, sliced
3 red chilli, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon belacan
1 teaspoon dried shrimps, soaked
2 teaspoon MAGGI® CukupRasa™


1. Heat oil and stir-fry ingredients A until fragrant.

2. Add in the wild ferns, stir thoroughly and let it cook until it softens.

3. Sprinkle MAGGI® CukupRasa™ and give it another good stir.

4. Enjoy while hot with a plate of steaming white rice.
