1 cmginger
1 litrewater
B:
3 piecesdried tamarind slices
2 stalkslemon grass, bruised
2 cmgalangal, thinly sliced
10daun kesum leaves

Preparation

1. In a wok, add ingredients A that has been blended. Let it come to a boil.

2. Add in sardines and ingredients B.

3. Let the gravy simmer until the fish is cooked and ready to be served!
