2 tablespooncorn oil
A:
3 clovesgarlic, pounded
2 teaspoonsalted fish, dried and thinly sliced
4red/green bird’s eye chilli, pounded
100 gchicken breast, cut into 1x1 inch cubes
B:
300 grice
100 gkailan, sliced
1 tablespoonMAGGI® CukupRasa™
Garnishing:
cucmber
red chilli

Preparation

1. Pound garlic and bird’s eye chilli together.

2. Heat oil and stir-fry ingredients A.

3. Add chicken and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

4. Add salted fish, followed by rice and kalian. Stir thoroughly.

5. Sprinkle MAGGI® CukupRasa™ and stir for 1 minute. Serve and enjoy!
