Ingredients

1 bundle spinach, soaked and washed
1 large red sweet potato, cut into chunks
A: (Pounded)
1 teaspoon anchovies
1 clove garlic
½ teaspoon black pepper
B:
½ litre water
1 box coconut milk
1 tablespoon MAGGI® CukupRasa™

Preparation

1. Boil the sweet potato until it softens.

2. Heat the water in a wok, add the sweet potato that has been slightly mashed, along with ingredients A.

3. Add spinach and leave it awhile.

4. Pour in the coconut milk and sprinkle in MAGGI® CukupRasa™.

5. Let the ingredients come to a boil. Serve and enjoy!
